I would like to put a shout out to the young fella Matt whom I have just been served by at the Beenleigh store. I purchased a transmission cooler mounting kit and some hose. He even asked if I needed any hose clamps, which I didn't need but I thought it was great that he asked,going , very pleasant to deal with. Great to see the extra effort. Thank you Matt and I hope you stay at it ,you'll go a long way! Repco are lucky to have you!
ordered an item(radiator) online at 7:49pm, got a txt the next day 3pm, informing me that the item was ready for pickup. price was comparative with all other shops, Matt the staff member was attentive and efficient in the pick up and sale of more items i needed.
The person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and sorted what I needed quickly and professionally highly recommend

If they don't have the part number of the product you want don't trust there judgement on a correct fit with there product, all will do is piss you off trying to install it and end going else to duy the correct part only to find it over half the price cheaper
I visited 2 time never again the customer care a lady dark tattoo don't give 0 care and ignore repco Oxford the best
Good range of stock. Unfortunately, again poor quality of service from the lady on the front counter, did the bare minimum. Sad as used to be a really great staff here who would always go the extra mile for their customers. Will take my dollars elsewhere until this improves.
